Process
The shape of a Zivon Solutions project is the same everywhere: brief, scope, build with checkpoints, deliver. What actually happens inside "build" differs a lot between a character illustration and a piece of custom software, so here's that difference made explicit, universe by universe.
Art & Illustration
- 1.Reference and brief gathering: mood, references, any hard constraints like canvas size, palette or deadline.
- 2.Rough composition or thumbnail stage, approved before detail work starts.
- 3.Full render through to a finished, delivery-ready file.
Brand & Print
- 1.A positioning conversation about who this is for and what it needs to signal.
- 2.Multiple distinct directions explored before one is refined.
- 3.Guidelines and source files delivered so the identity is usable without us.
Merch & Print Production
- 1.Design, built directly against the manufacturer's placement, colour and print-method constraints.
- 2.Print preparation: files checked for bleed, resolution and colour mode before anything goes to press.
- 3.Production and a quality check on the finished items before they ship.
- 4.Delivery, either to you or straight to your customers, depending on what you've ordered.
Web & Product
- 1.Information architecture and user flows before any visual design.
- 2.UI design in Figma, then build. The same team carries it through, so nothing gets lost in handoff.
- 3.Launch, with a short post-launch window for fixes before sign-off.
Software & IT
- 1.Process mapping: understanding what's actually happening today before proposing a fix.
- 2.A scoped build plan with checkpoints, not a black box until the end.
- 3.Handover with documentation, not just working code nobody else can maintain.
