About Zivon Solutions
Zivon Solutions is a creative and technology studio based in the United Kingdom. It exists because the work we care about, original art, brand identity, print, merch, web and software, kept getting split across separate freelancers and agencies who never talked to each other. The results usually showed it.
Who this is for
Zivon Solutions works with individual clients just as often as companies. A streamer commissioning a character design, an author who needs a book cover, a VTuber wanting a channel identity, a student building a portfolio piece, an indie developer shipping a first release, and a small business launching a brand are all treated as full projects, not scaled down from a business package.
Why one studio
Most studios pick a lane: a creative studio that does art and brand work, or a dev shop that builds software, occasionally with a design team bolted on. Zivon Solutions is built the other way. Five practices (art, brand, merch, web and software) are run by people who actually talk to each other, so a brand identity and the website it lives on are designed by people working from the same brief, not handed off between separate companies.
That structure also means Zivon Solutions can take on work that doesn't fit neatly into one category. A game that needs concept art, a brand identity and a marketing site, for instance, without you having to coordinate three separate vendors yourself.
How projects are delivered
- 01
Brief
You tell us what you need, your budget range and your timeline through the project form. It usually takes about five minutes and there's no sales call involved.
- 02
Scope and quote
We reply with a scoped plan and a fixed quote for the work, based on the actual brief rather than a generic package.
- 03
Build, with checkpoints
Work happens in stages with agreed checkpoints for feedback, rather than disappearing until a single final reveal.
- 04
Delivery
Final files, source assets and documentation are handed over in formats you'll actually use, not locked inside a platform only we can access.
What we won't do
- Invent statistics or testimonials to look more established than we are. If our portfolio looks thin in a particular universe, that's because it's honest, not padded.
- Quote a fixed price before understanding the brief. Custom creative and technical work varies too much for that to be an honest number.
- Hand over a project locked into tools or accounts only we control.
