Studio project, not client workBuilding Zivon Solutions
The design and build of this website: five very different creative and technical disciplines, unified under one honest, non-template site.
The brief
Most agency sites default to one of two templates: a visual portfolio site for creative studios, or a SaaS-style feature-grid site for software shops. Zivon Solutions is both, for audiences that rarely overlap. A streamer commissioning character art and a startup commissioning a mobile app aren't looking for the same signals of trust, and a site trying to speak to both at once easily ends up speaking to neither clearly. There was also no existing content to lean on: no past client testimonials, no case studies, no traffic data. That's the honest starting point for a brand-new studio, but it rules out most standard conversion-focused site patterns (social proof carousels, stat counters, client logo walls) until real work exists to fill them.
The approach
The build organised every service Zivon Solutions offers into five "universes": Art & Illustration, Brand & Print, Merch, Web & Product, and Software & IT. These are used consistently as the taxonomy for navigation, portfolio filtering and the quote builder, rather than as a marketing label applied on top of an unrelated structure. Architecturally, the site is a Next.js 15 application with Supabase as the backend (Postgres, auth and storage behind row-level security), built so a lightweight, fully accessible CSS and GSAP version of the homepage's interactive elements ships first, with a heavier Three.js version planned as a later phase without requiring a rebuild. The interactive pieces were designed as swappable components from day one specifically to support that. On content, the studio made a deliberate call not to fabricate the social proof a brand-new site usually leans on: no invented testimonials, no invented statistics, no placeholder case studies. This project, the build of the site itself, is the first honestly documented piece of work in the portfolio for exactly that reason.
Results
The site launched with a complete five-universe service catalogue, a working quote-to-lead pipeline backed by Supabase, and an architecture set up so future portfolio work, testimonials and case studies can be added by non-technical staff without a developer. Beyond that, results will be added here as they're actually measured, not projected in advance.
